Three floors of light over Buckingham Palace.
As HomeAway continues to expand, we helped them create 3 new floors high in the sky overlooking Buckingham Palace gardens. Making full use of the amazing view and the light this prime office space has to offer, we expanded on the HomeAway theme in their London office. The floors of City, Seaside, and Adventure focused on 3d art pieces to add texture and warmth along with bright pops of color on window graphics that included staff photos and participation.
Expedia brings the nature of the mountains to downtown Denver.
A smaller Expedia office relocated to a managed space in downtown Denver. Being huge skiers and lovers of the mountains, we brought them inside to create a nature filled homelike space filled with their photos from over the years and customized one of a kind pieces special only to them. It's hard not to feel cozy in this warm new space.
Expedia hits the beach in Southern California.
Expedia relocated to a fancy new building with Regus called "Spaces." These are new, top of the line designed spaces for smaller offices and are starting a new trend. We needed this office to be as hip as the surrounding spaces and keep the feel of the beach that the staff were moving further away from. From the morning mist of the ocean to the sofas re-upholstered with Mexican blankets, you definitely feel like you are down hanging out down on the beach after a quick surf.
Customer Service brings the outdoors inside in their homelike new digs.
The Customer Service team relocated to an old office with more space. It was originally a dark cube farm, but with some imagination and and bright thinking we turned it into their home. Adding an indoor garden, library, patio and game rooms to create a warm home environment to make a long evening shift less taxing. Customer service is a tough job and they really deserved something special.
Planview takes on a new view with a bright plan for the future.
Planview is one of the first tech companies around here, starting in the original big Austin tech boom. They needed a fresh look and a new office that showcased where they came from with a view to where they are headed. Using art and design that incorporates new technology and staff participation we were able to create real excitement for the new space. We created one of a kind pieces using drone photography, branded view masters and staff created wall art.
HomeAway goes big and goes home with the new Domain office.
We were brought in on this project to brainstorm, consult and execute the art design within the space working with HomeAway and Lauck Group. This ranged from graphic art to 3D art. The object was to use corporate branding, make it personal and work within the themes for each floor. The result, a truly unique experience in corporate art with an emphasis on fun. This space is definitely HomeAway all the way!

Retro surfer meets high tech office in San Diego.
Phunware needed help with some finishing touches in their Austin office. After being pleased with the direction we took, they asked us to take on the San Diego office. This office was designed to show off the interfaces that Phunware specializes in. Every angle of the room shows off the amazing view and there is separation without loosing light and functionality. Windows within windows showcase the interfacing element with the rings of their logo throughout the carpet to bring it all together. The location is right near some of the best surf on the coast so we added a fun surfer lounge feel to make it comfortable and personal to those who work there.
This unique and open space shows finance at its fiercest.
A national financial services distribution company owned by fiercely independent advisors wanted something extraordinary. The space was opened up in every way possible to showcase the expansive views and independent attitude of the company. The concept was "Out of Africa" meets modern office space. Art pieces, furniture and design throughout places focus on the amazing views and natural light, the fiercely independent owner, and the continuing story of the company.
Magic school bus eat your heart out.
Compass Learning wanted a fun new space with some real wow factor. I worked with Red Earth Designs and created this one of a kind optical illusion. The school children in the real bus are on tech devices and surrounded by the characters from the programs used by the company. As they enter into the cartoon landscape of the Austin skyline and Texas hill country they are engaged in the surroundings they encounter. Showing the magic of schooling with Compass Learning.
